• Phase II: The "S.I.M"

1. Suppply


• Defining and selecting appropriate manufacturers as per design requirements.
• Balance financial Vs quality prior to material procurement.
• Safe packing and shipping of necessary goods to work sites.


2. Installation


• L.E.S has adequate know-how and enough experience to execute projects – installation and maintenance. It has the arts and professional mechanism to bring ideas, theories and designs into reality. This involves all installation aspects starting from shop drawings, project management, quality control, skilled staff to execute and finalize last execution phase. Great care shall be taken into consideration to meet the financial, technical and deadline challenges specified for each project.


3. Maintenance


• Maintenance is the final and the most important phase of our services. It is always a challenge to make our clients/end users to substantially gain the fruits and efficiencies of our deeds.
  
  During this period, our technical teams operate and control the installations so that they are exploited at maximum. L.E.S shall, as well, provide brand new spare parts; repair and/or replace used ones to insure continuity of running and operating the installations.
